If you find you are unable to attend we will credit your payment toward another service if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service. To cancel please notify the provider directly. Unless there are dire circumstances, we will not be able to refund money. If the minimum number for the service is not met we will give you the option of transferring to another service or receiving a refund. We appreciate your understanding of this policy. |
